Legs Malone for a rich, resplendent weekend of soft ease and transformation as we explore how the art of burlesque can be used as a tool to tap into our innate beauty, sacred energy, and deep belonging in your female body.

Come home to your body and your heart at this playful, sacred, and heart-centered retreat in the beautiful Berkshires of Western Massachusetts

What would your life look like if you loved yourself without condition? What would happen if you were to drop limiting thoughts and pick up a strong connection to your own worth, beauty and belonging in your wonderful body? Can you begin to imagine the impact such powerful change will have on you, your relationships, and all who know you? Women and their bodies have a deep history of being disempowered and disrespected, and all of that changes now.

We will be dancing with and accessing deeper awareness of ourselves throughout the retreat. We will be creating intentional, safe space to allow healing energy into every part of our being through movement, meditation, journaling and partner process. With plenty of breaks, nourishing food and optional outdoor walks, the time spent alone and together will provide a supportive environment for you to tap into your highest truth and a profound, awakened presence of love in every part of your body and your life.

The next chapter of your life awaits you. Are you willing to dance into it with some fresh new moves and a profound connection to your gifts and powerful, beautiful body? This retreat is what you have been waiting for.

To celebrate the body is a revolutionary act. When we strip away all the old, rotten thoughts that keep us feeling small, we can expand into our greatest and highest good and create a life of meaning, value and purpose that is rooted in self-love.

What To Expect

  • Learn burlesque movement blended with tools to foster deep self awareness with safety and love along with the basics of boa play, glove peel, and the core movements of burlesque.

  • Conscious intention setting and closing ceremony with support, encouragement, and celebration.

  • Feast on local, freshly prepared food to nourish our bodies and minds.

  • We will be surrounded by the stunning, bucolic Berkshire Mountains just outside the windows of every room.

Where We Will Be

We will be spending the weekend at the beautiful Race Mountain House in Sheffield, MA. High on the slopes of Race Mountain, this spacious 4-bedroom villa offers sweeping east-facing views. In the early hours, the house floods with morning light and sunrises are spectacular. The inviting, creative design invokes a true sense of retreat.

You have a choice of shared or private accommodation. The retreat is also open to local attendees who may choose to return home each evening.

Our onsite private chef will be preparing delicious, fresh and locally sourced vegetarian and vegan fare throughout the weekend for us to enjoy. Expect clean, organic, nourishing food to support you throughout this transformational weekend. Accommodations gladly made for food sensitivities and allergies.

When you begin to trust Yourself and your innate beauty, magic happens. This magic isn’t a one-time deal - it’s with you for life. - REv. Legs Malone

What To Bring

It will be autumn in the Berkshires and the weather is typically cold at this time. Below is a suggested packing list:

  • Comfortable shoes and warm layers for walking outside.

  • Warm layers, cozy pajamas, and some slippers to keep your feet warm.

  • A journal, pen, and small, sacred object (a crystal, totem, tarot cards, or special, significant item that you love)

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
